Identify all relevant providers by drawing on Workforce Plus partners existing networks, databases, etc

Develop a simple questionnaire to capture:

• Purpose and role
• Key market in terms of priority client or geographic area
• Budget, resources and sources of funding

• Performance

Invite all partners to complete this, giving clear instructions about the purpose and importance of the information, level of information required, when it needs to be completed by and who to return it to.

Ensure partners:

• Don’t have any problems in completing the questionnaire
• Can access support to complete the questionnaire
• Check the information you receive back:

• Test the evidence and accuracy of information returned

Ensure there are no serious errors in interpreting the information
