Community Planning Partnership

This Memorandum of Understanding sets out a governance framework to help support Community Planning in Inverclyde. It is organised into three main sections – “processes”, “structures” and “expectations of partners” to ensure that the Community Planning Partnership:

• adds value to the activities of individual partners and current initiatives;
• works in partnership more effectively and efficiently;
• enhances service delivery – it only works if it works for the recipients of our services
