MIS Workshop 2 - Reporting

This was the second in a series of workshops focussing on Client Management Information Systems (CMIS) as part of a programme of support co-ordinated by the Scottish Government for Workforce Plus partnerships.
Previous feedback from partnerships had suggested that the focus of this session should be on the reporting capabilities of effective MIS systems and the key things to bear in mind during the development stages of any system.
Presentations were provided by Renfrewshire and North Lanarkshire partnerships on the development of their MIS systems and the lessons learned in terms of reporting.
