North Lanarkshire Employer Engagement Handbook

Feedback from employers often suggests that there are too many organisations approaching employers and that it is difficult to navigate around the available support from partners.

A range of partners in North Lanarkshire have developed the North Lanarkshire Employer Engagement Practitioner Handbook. It is intended that the handbook will allow practitioners to understand the services that are available to employers from partner organisations and to make considered and relevant referrals to partner services, therefore offering employers a more ’joined up’ service.

The handbook has been designed to assist employability and business support practitioners to engage with and support local employers in order to provide jobs and progression into work for people who are currently out of the labour market.
