Welcome to the free P3 People, Performance and Productivity Tool, designed to help your organisation be more successful.

the P3 Tool can help you identify areas which can drive performance and productivity and increase job satisfaction and employee wellbeing.

The Tool can be used by people in organisations of any size in the private, public or third sectors who want to better connect the potential of their staff to their organisation’s ambitions.  If you want, you can focus on some part of your organisation rather than all of it.

The Tool will:

a) guide you through some established good practice around:

• leadership and people management
• employee engagement
• employee autonomy
• skills development
• management of learning

• equality, diversity and a healthy organisation

b) provide you with relevant practical advice – all you have to do is answer a few questions

c) signpost where you can:

• find out how firms and other organisations successfully tackled the challenges you are facing

• go for help.

Developed by the Scottish Government in partnership with Investors in People Scotland, the Tool is confidential and easy to use.  It takes around 10 minutes to complete.
