Management Information System
Dundee Employability Management System - The system was developed in 2008 by Dundee City Council on behalf of the Dundee Partnership. It is used by over 20 delivery partners that are funded through the Dundee Employability Programme. The system enables tracking of individual client journeys through the Dundee Employability Pipeline and monitoring of overall programme and individual partner performance.

As well as capturing client details at registration, the system records information about activities undertaken by clients across the 8 stage pipeline and records details of outcomes achieved and sustained by clients. Employability Programme delivery partners use common initial needs assessment and job readiness confirmation forms and these are captured on DEMIS and used to determine appropriate progression and referral routes. DEMIS enables collaborative working across the Employability Pipeline as it facilitates referrals and the sharing of client information between delivery partners. Additional features include client tracking, employer and vacancy details, performance managment, and reporting.
