Employability Partnership Fund 2012/13
Since Workforce Plus was launched in 2006, it is clear that
significant progress in structures providing employability services
in Scotland has been made, with local employability partnerships
now in place within CPP structures across Scotland. However, the
very significant economic, policy and structural changes that have
occurred since 2006 requires us all to consider what further action
can be taken to support economic growth and increased participation
rates in Scotland.
In July 2012, The Scottish Government wrote to all Local Employability
Partnerships to offer grant funding to financially support
some pilot activity which could feed into the refreshed
employability strategy, Working
for Growth, which was in development at that time.
