Use of specialist sub-contractors/referral agencies

The priority target groups makes it clear that providers will need to involve a wide range of specialist providers and referral agencies and that this should be clearly reflected in any funding bids.  Providers must spell out how they propose to work with and use specialist employability service sub-contractors and referral agencies with the potential for joint-ventures or partnership bids between more than one provider and specialist providers and referral agencies.
