The Scottish Government aims to support the establishment of up to 21 industry-led Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Regional Groups across Scotland.

Currently there are 17 groups established across the country with the remaining four regions at various stages of development. The groups aim to: encourage and support employers to engage directly with schools and colleges; and challenge and support employers to recruit more young people into their workforce.
