Flexible Working Summit

In partnership with the Scottish Government, Flexibility Works are hosting a Flexible Working Summit on 25 March. This will allow employers and employees across a range of sectors, including those where flexibility is often seen as ‘too difficult’, learn different ways of adopting fair and flexible working practices and hear firsthand how this can improve recruitment, retention and progression, while giving people greater stability, choice and opportunity.
