Free Online Session for SMEs – Think Business, Think Equality Tool

Launched in 2015, the Think Business, Think Equality tool has supported over 12,000 businesses to assess and improve gender equality at work. The free tool gives employers a personalised action plan covering key areas such as pay, recruitment, progression, flexible working, workplace culture, pregnancy and maternity, domestic abuse and sexual harassment. The tool closely aligns with the Fair Work Framework, helping employers embed fair practices and create more inclusive, flexible and productive workplaces.

This event will feature a short keynote, a walkthrough of the refreshed tool, and a panel discussion on practical steps to advance workplace equality. It is aimed at SMEs but will also interest policymakers, business support organisations, and employers of all sizes.
