Making work better for older workers

CIPD Scotland event.

This event will explore research and findings carried out by CIPD and the Fair Work Convention which seeks to help us better understand older workers in Scotland. Their experiences, their preferences and the different considerations that emerge as people get older.

The event will centre around two research reports, CIPD's Understanding Older Workers in Scotland and a new Fair Work Convention report which explores the career experiences of women over 50 in Scotland.
