POD Launch

Launch of The POD - South Lanarkshire's Youth, Wellbeing and Employability Hub. 

The POD has been developed through a collaborative partnership involving South Lanarkshire Council, Routes to Work South, the Department for Work and Pensions, Skills Development Scotland, NHS Lanarkshire, and South Lanarkshire College.

Designed as a welcoming and supportive environment, The POD provides a safe space for young people and individuals with health conditions to access tailored support, guidance and opportunities. Through a range of wellbeing, skills development and employability interventions, participants will be connected to mainstream employability programmes and the wider support services available across South Lanarkshire.

By bringing key partners together in one location, The POD aims to help individuals build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop skills and take positive steps towards education, training and employment.
