Employer Guides

Scottish Government, together with key partner SUSE - Scottish Union of Supported Employment and other employers involved, have launched guides aimed at providing employers with easy, practical steps on supporting disabled employees and those with long term health conditions in work, thereby helping people sustain employment and reduce child poverty.

The guides can be found at Apt Resources and focus on: Equitable Inductions & In-Work Support; Positive Workplace Conversations;  Digital Access Reviews & Action Plans;  and Improving Workplace Consultations.
