Growing Fair Work in Retail

The Retail Industry Leadership Group (RILG), in collaboration with the Scottish Government, is pleased to announce the publication of their Fair Work resource, ‘Growing Fair Work in Retail’. This document showcases good Fair Work practices, case studies, and helpful information for retailers seeking to implement Fair Work policies, and was a commitment in the Scottish Government’s 2022 Retail Strategy, ‘Getting the Right Change’.
