Scotland's Devolved Employment Services: Statistical Summary published – 23 July 2025

The latest statistics were published on 23 July 2025 and demonstrate the continued impact of devolved employability provision in Scotland in supporting people of all ages who want help and support on their journey towards and into work.
- There have been 156,940 starts on either Fair Start Scotland or No One Left Behind since April 2018 up to March 2025.
- Official statistics in development for No One Left Behind show a total of 86,427 people started receiving support from April 2019 to March 2025.
- Of the 86,427 people that started receiving support from April 2019 to March 2025, 26,812 people (31%) have entered employment.
- There have been at least 64,032 positive outcomes achieved by the 86,427 people supported under the No One Left Behind approach between April 2019 and March 2025
- There were 70,513 starts on Fair Start Scotland and 26,886 job starts. As Fair Start Scotland closed to new referrals on the 31st March 2024, there are no new additional starts reported.
