No One Left Behind Employability Service Standards - Revised July 2025 (565KB, pdf)
The Employability Service Standards were developed collaboratively across Public, Third and Private sectors to support consistent, high-quality delivery of employability services in Scotland. They promote coherence while allowing Local Employability Partnerships (LEPs) flexibility to tailor services to local needs.
In July 2025, Specialist Employability Support (SES) was introduced under the No One Left Behind approach to enhance employment support for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. This initiative ensures that every LEP offers strengthened support to help more disabled individuals’ access and sustain meaningful employment. A dedicated SES Standard was created by a cross-sector working group to guide LEPs in implementing SES. It complements existing standards and is designed to be integrated, not standalone.
